No — walk-ins are always welcome. Pop in any time during opening hours for a free valuation, to sell your gold or to browse our collection. If you’re bringing a larger collection or would like a longer consultation, feel free to call ahead and we’ll make sure someone is free to give you our full attention.
You’ll find us at 29 Warstone Lane, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, B18 6JQ, in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, just a short walk from the Chamberlain Clock. We’re two minutes from St Paul’s tram stop and about ten minutes’ walk from Snow Hill station, with parking available nearby on Vyse Street / Spencer Street. If you’re driving in from outside Birmingham, we’re easily reached from the A38 and M6.
Just your items and a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) — we’re required to check identification with every purchase, which protects you and keeps our trade honest. If you have any boxes, certificates or receipts, bring those too; for diamond jewellery especially, paperwork can add real value to our offer.
We can give you a rough guide if you send us clear photos and details like hallmarks and weight — but for an accurate offer, we need to test and weigh your items in person. That’s why every firm valuation is done in front of you at our shop, or through our free, fully insured postal service if you can’t visit.
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am–5.00pm. If you’re travelling from further afield, give us a call before setting off and we’ll make sure we’re ready for you.
